Otherwise, I may end up using a mod or two to make it a better experience. But reading about the issues with it, I plan to hold off for now, hoping for their rework of it. I haven't gotten into the Township stuff. And I use that to rack-up gold, which has helped me buy bank space (which you need to do and it gets very expensive very fast) and some other goodies.

For me, I ended up pushing my way through thieving until now I have three NPCs I can steal from offline without fear of dying. I will say the early game is tough when you are weak, have little bank, little gold.

You really need to go to the wiki, but the wiki is directly linked in the application and the information there is good. I will also say it takes a bit to figure out all of the mechanics. You just push a button and the fighting happens. I will admit it was an odd experience at first, playing something that is all about leveling, and where you don't actually swing a sword or shoot a bow with the keyboard or controller. I wasn't sure what to expect never having played an idle game. It is a chill, enjoyable experience that keeps me coming back. I love the option to do offline progression. I love the various ways you can level, the gear, the play options, and so on. We believe everyone who plays should be on a level playing field.This is my first idle game and I am hooked.
